Individual passenger weights, including infants, MUST be advised at time of booking
For comfort and weight/balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing over 300 lbs will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour
Infant children are considered a lap child if they are under the age of two and have proof of age, such as a passport or a copy of their birth certificate

Post COVID-19 Safety Updates - We politely request that you refrain from taking this tour should you start displaying any of the symptoms associated with COVID-19, or if you are at a high risk of contracting the disease. Upon entry to the van or terminal, there will be a temperature check of all guests. If a guest has higher than 100.4 degrees, then they are unable to travel. Face masks will be mandatory since social distancing is not able to be practiced in the helicopter. Social distancing will be practiced in vehicles and on the ground. All high-touch stations will be sanitized after each guest and all vehicles / helicopters will be sanitized before and after each trip. Deep cleaning is done in the terminal each night.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund

The best part of our Grand Canyon trip was this helicopter ride, there is no other way to fully experience how Grand the Grand Canyon really is. The views were amazing , definitely an experience we will never forget!

Seeing the Grand Canyon by air was a wonderful way to absorb the grandeur and majesty of the Grand Canyon. I enjoyed the historical and evolutionary information included in the tours. I’ve recommended this tour to fellow travelers. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because the pilot didn’t wear a mask. SERIOUSLY? This was also the case for the optional hummer sunset adventure. If companies are requiring passengers to wear masks to comply with state and local laws, i would think that law also includes employees. The lack of mask wearing and ambiguity of the vaccination compliance of the companies did diminish my excursion enjoyment.

I did not make it to the helicopter flight because I was misdirected by the website link INTO the park, not to the airport. No address or phone number on ticket. After getting stuck in a horrific traffic jam going into the park, I arrived at the terminal 30minutes late so could not fly. I am hoping to get credit for a flight in the spring l. The Hummer tour was fun but not what I expected. I thought we were going to 4 wheel to some trail the regular visitors don’t see, but we drove into the park like everyone else. Or better, they FLY you to a cool spot and you drive out (apparently canyon cross winds make that too dangerous) Fortunately the line had shortened considerably. The tour was enjoyable and the guide personable, I learned a lot and he tim d our arrival at the lookout for sunset perfectly. Overall, not really worth the $$, next time I will drive in myself and take my dog.

My second ever flight in a helicopter and it was fabulous. Pilot Brian was excellent. The scenery was great, really is the best way to see the Grand Canyon.
